Estimated shipping times
- Canada : 1 - 12 weeks
- United States : 4 - 6 business days
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping policy for USA buyers
If you choose to add insurance for your order, your order will be tracked & protected in the event of it being lost or damaged. Pictures are required as proof of damage. You have 14 days from the date marked as delivered on the tracker to contact me about your issue. After 14 days, there will be no refund/replacements.
For sticker orders, if you don't choose to have insurance, your shipping method will default to be USPS first class mail untracked. No refunds/replacements allowed for untracked method.
Shipping policy for International buyers
Flat items can be mailed untracked. There will be no refunds in the event of lost mail.
All international tracking packages will be insured and tracked via USPS.
Shipping includes protection for lost parcels & damages. Please wait at least 60 days from the shipment date before contacting me for lost package. If your package is damaged, please reach out to me immediately and be ready to provide picture evidence. Once 100 days have passed from the shipment date, your package protection is expired and there will be no replacements & no refund.
If your package weighs more than 8 oz, an additional $8 USD shipping fee will be required to ship your package. You will be contacted & your order will be on hold.

We are not responsible if you forget to read the item description and you expected something different. PLEASE READ THE ITEM DESCRIPTION SO YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE BUYING. We use different sticker papers for different designs so please read the description where it is clearly stated what type of paper it is.
Stylenstudy is not responsible to send replacements/provide refunds if you entered the wrong address so please check your address carefully.
Please allow for minor color differences from what you see on your monitor versus the real item in person. Everyone's monitor settings/phone screen settings are all different.
